At Jane Debster, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; however we understand some items are not always suitable. Our returns policy has been designed to make dealing with Jane Debster as easy possible.
We will provide you with a refund or exchange where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from the style shown or do not do what they are supposed to do.
We are happy to offer you a full refund or exchange of your purchase less the cost of shipping as long it is returned within 21 days of receiving, providing the goods are returned with the purchase receipt, in an unworn condition and in their original Jane Debster box.
If you need to exchange your purchase for another size fill in the appropriate fields in the Returns Form as received on delivery. We will send the new size back to you with no additional charges however the cost to return the goods to Jane Debster is on you.
Worn merchandise cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault. In case of a manufacturing fault, you are required to send back the faulty goods for assessment at your own cost. The return cost will be refunded to you if a manufacturing fault has been confirmed. Please note, that
our company policy is that we will only accept for assessment goods up to four (4) seasons old eg: (2 summers, 2 winters), 2 years. Goods past this period will not be accepted for any reason because of problems with deterioration.
HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER
How to return an order:
1. Fill in the appropriate fields in the Return Form as received on delivery
2. Place the return into the original shipping box as received or in a postage satchel
3. Any carrier is accepted to return the goods however we recommend sending returns parcels via registered post as we are not liable if your return is not received.
4. Send back to: ONLINE RETURNS CENTRE, 112-118 Dunning Avenue, Rosebery, NSW
5. We will notify you once the return has been processed. Please note that a return can take up to 10 business days to be processed. This covers the time for your parcel to safely reach us and for your refund or exchange to be completed.
You can return any item within 21 days of purchase if the item is unused with the original tags still attached. Ensure the product is returned in its original Jane Debster box
and packaging. Make sure to enclose the Jane Debster receipt received with the
goods. No online returns or exchanges are offered at any one of our Sandler stores or department stores.
ParcelPoint is a separately owned and operated company, and if you choose to lodge your return through them we are not held liable for your return, nor do we have control over the whereabouts or the length of time it takes for your return to reach us. If you have concerns regarding the whereabouts of your return, we would ask you to contact ParcelPoint directly.
RETURNS FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
All costs for international orders associated with shipping will be at the customer's expense. This includes purchases, exchanges and/or refunds.
*All items need to be returned to us unmarked, without signs of wear and tear, and in their original, undamaged packaging. For all footwear, please ensure to try them on somewhere they won’t get marked or damaged. If the returned item shows sign of damage or wear we have the right to decline a refund. In this unlikely event we will notify you by email and return the goods back to you.** Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns. Jane Debster recommends sending return parcels via registered post as we are not liable if your return is not received.** * Any refunds will be made in the same way as you originally paid and will be processed against the original credit cardholder details.
