If you would like to exchange your shoes, simply return your purchase with the packaging and return form supplied and we will send the new size back to you (stock permitting) at no additional charge. Please note that the cost to return the goods to Jane Debster, is on you.

We are happy to offer you a full refund of your purchase less the cost of shipping as long as it is returned within 21 days of receiving and providing the goods are returned with the purchase receipt, in an unworn condition and in their original Jane Debster box.
